She also has extensive administrative experience, covering payroll, benefits administration, full-cycle recruitment and staffing, business development, marketing, client relations, P&L management, finance, and workforce oversight. Throughout her career, Beth has consistently demonstrated a strong dedication to driving success and fostering growth within organizations.

Tracy is also an adjunct professor at Purdue Global University, where she teaches and mentors aspiring BCBAs. She is passionate about building resources to support high-quality treatment and prioritizing the training and mentorship of new clinicians.
