Our Journey

Divinity ABA: The Story of Our Founder, Beth Worman

At Divinity ABA, LLC, I take great pride in our story and the vision that sparked it. My journey began with a deep passion to serve, empower, and make a lasting difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. I’m Beth Worman, the Founder and Owner of Divinity ABA, LLC.

I bring decades of professional experience, specializing in Human Resources, Business Operations, and Administration. I hold a degree in the Science of Child Development and have spent several years gaining hands-on experience working in and leading childcare centers.

Before founding Divinity ABA, I co-founded and owned a pediatric ABA Therapy Center in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex. There, my team and I built a successful business in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), providing high-quality therapeutic services to children with ASD. This period of growth and service helped shape my vision for what would come later in my professional journey.

After years of learning, growing, and refining my approach to business in the autism therapy industry, I felt a clear calling to take my work to the next level. In early 2025, I made the decision to launch Divinity ABA, LLC, stepping into a new chapter of my professional life.

At the heart of Divinity ABA is the belief that every child is made in God’s image, with inherent worth and purpose. This core belief drives how we deliver services—not only through the science of ABA, but with love, patience, and understanding. My servant leadership style is central to our company’s culture, ensuring that every member of our team is treated with integrity, care, and respect.

I’m deeply committed to building trust and lasting relationships with the families we serve. I believe the best outcomes are achieved when therapists, families, and clients work together as a united team. Trust, collaboration, and open communication are vital to ensuring lasting progress.

Beyond the need for technical expertise, I understand that caring for children with autism requires emotional intelligence, compassion, and support. These principles form the foundation of Divinity ABA, LLC, where scientific evidence is balanced with heart-driven care.

I envision Divinity ABA not just as an organization, but as a family of compassionate, skilled professionals united by a shared mission: to empower clients with the tools they need to succeed in their lives now and in the future. For me, the goal is not just to provide ABA services, but to offer a holistic approach that honors each child’s dignity with love, empathy, and respect.

Since our founding, Divinity ABA, LLC has experienced steady growth, yet my vision remains as strong as ever. I place a strong emphasis on the safety and well-being of all clients, the ongoing professional development of our team, and the cultivation of meaningful, lasting relationships with the families we serve. For me, the true measure of Divinity ABA's success is the lasting impact it has on the lives of clients and their families.

I’m hands-on in the day-to-day operations, working closely with our Executive Clinical Director, the therapy team, and families to ensure the mission and values of Divinity ABA are consistently upheld. What began as a personal calling has blossomed into a thriving organization that will continue to positively impact lives for years to come. The work we do is more than just therapy—it’s an opportunity to transform the lives of children and build a community rooted in hope, support, and meaningful connections.

On a personal note, I’ve been married for 17 years to my husband, Sam, and

have two children. My daughter completed four years in the armed forces and now works for Lockheed Martin. My son is 14 and will be entering high school next year. He plays football and golf, enjoys video games, and loves riding his scooter around town with his friends. Sam and I live in Keller, TX, where we enjoy world travel, entertaining at our home, and spending time on other hobbies.
